Terms & Conditions
The terms of your rental.
These conditions govern the rental of Domaine Diva. They are completed by the rental contract signed for each stay, which prevails.
Booking
Every booking begins with an enquiry. Once availability is confirmed, a proposal and then a rental contract are sent to you. The booking becomes firm upon signature of the contract and the requested payment.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required for every stay. Its amount and the terms of its return are set out in the rental contract.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are defined in the rental contract, provided before booking.
Capacity and use
The villa accommodates a maximum of twelve guests. Subletting is not permitted. Any event or reception requires prior written agreement.
Arrival and departure
Stays run Saturday to Saturday. Times are communicated before arrival. An inventory may be carried out on arrival and departure.
Liability and insurance
The guest is responsible for any damage occurring during the stay. Holiday rental insurance is recommended.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.

These general conditions are a summary. The rental contract signed for each stay prevails.
