Terms & Conditions
The terms of your rental.
These conditions govern the rental of Domaine Diva. They are supplemented by the rental agreement signed for each stay, which prevails.
Purpose
These general terms govern the seasonal rental of Domaine Diva, a furnished villa in the private residence of Marina di Fiori, Porto-Vecchio, by SCI CASTAGNETTES. Domaine Diva is a registered tourist accommodation, no. 2A24700326990.
They are supplemented by the rental agreement drawn up for each stay. Where they differ, the agreement prevails.
Requests and booking
The website does not allow direct booking. The form sends a request, which is neither a booking nor a hold on any dates.
After looking at your dates, we send you a personal proposal, then a rental agreement. The booking becomes firm once we receive the signed agreement and the requested payment.
The availability calendar published on the site is updated from our listings on the rental platforms and from the family calendar. It is given for information only: only our written confirmation is binding.
Price and payment
No prices are shown on the website. The price of the stay, what it includes, the payment schedule and the applicable tourist tax are set out in the proposal and in the rental agreement.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required for each stay. Its amount, form and the terms of its return are set out in the rental agreement.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms, for the guest as for the owner, are set out in the rental agreement, provided before any commitment. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Length of stay, arrival and departure
The house is rented by the season, usually Saturday to Saturday. Arrival and departure times are given before the stay.
A check-in and check-out inspection and inventory may be carried out.
Capacity and use of the house
The villa sleeps a maximum of twelve people.
Subletting and transfer of the agreement are not permitted. Any event or reception requires our prior written agreement.
The guest agrees to use the house peacefully, take care of it, respect the neighbors and, where applicable, the rules of the private residence of Marina di Fiori.
Services on request
For a chef, a massage, a boat or other services, we can introduce you to professionals we know. These services are provided by independent professionals, with whom you contract and whom you pay directly: they are not part of the rental.
Liability and insurance
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay, by themselves or by the people they host. Vacation rental liability insurance is recommended.
The pool and outdoor areas are used under the guest’s responsibility, including the supervision of children.
Personal data
The information sent through the form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms and the rental agreement are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, we will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
